Originally introduced in Tawau, the Pork noodles or known as Sang Nyuk Mian (生肉面 ) is a signature food in Sabah. Pork noodles are found in other states of Malaysia, but the Sabah Pork noodles is uniquely Sabah style.
While in Tawau, we took the opportunity to enjoy the original the Sang Nyuk Mian (生肉面 ).
For some people, they may not like the pig's organs and etc but for me these are actually "good" food. If you are in Sabah, go for it and you may be like it.
It's a feast. The meat slices, livers, meat balls and intestines were well prepared and very delicious.
