The month-long Harvest Festival celebration 2017 has drawn to a close at KDCA on 31May. There were local folks songs, dances, food
and traditional games. The highlight of the day was none other than the final
round of the Harvest Beauty pageant and the
crowning of this year’s "Unduk Ngadau"(Harvest queen).

A total of 44 contestants participated in this year's event and I believed the judges have had a very difficult time to decide the winner.The result finally was announced late in the evening. Kerinah Mah of Kota Kinabalu beat 43 others to take home this year's
Unduk Ngadau
(Harvest Queen) crown while the runner-up is Shareene Francis Loudin of
Penampang and the third place went to Arveyna Pamella Januin of Papar.
