FOOD STREET AT DAMAI PLAZA KOTA KINABALU

In Damai plaza, a large spread of local breakfast, lunch and dinner are available from morning till late evening. This is a good place to go "Jalan jalan, cari makan " (walkabout to look for food).
 The main food street.
Street food, ranging from Chay kew teow, noodles, chicken rice and all sorts of local cakes to BBQ chicken wings day and night. It's a good place to go for "roti kahwin" (butter and kaya toast) and a cup of "teh-c" (milk tea) during the afternoon break.

 The popular "SiewPau"(baked goods) corner
My favourite stall of fried "economy" noddle, bee hoon, kway teow and  a selection of  extras, like fried egg, stuffed tau fu, eggplants, bitter gourd, sausages .. etc
The fried economy noodle with tau-fu and curry sausage
 Fried dumplings

There are many food streets and hawker stalls in the city. We do visit Damai food street at least once a week.
