Jalan Jalan SYDNEY

Sydney, the state capitol city of New South Wales is the most populous city in Australia and Oceania. We started our day with "yam cha" at the Imperial Peking restaurant.
Like all Chinese restaurants back home, they offered a wide selection of "dim sum".
Our first destination was Bondi Beach, an iconic Sydney attraction.
There were many kites flying when we arrived. I was told that the people were preparing for the next day's "Festival of the winds", the most exciting kite flying festival in Sydney.

Colourful cartoon characters, animals, flowers and so many others came alive over the beach area.

Love was also in the air!
 The Bondi Pavilion.
With turquoise waters and perfect waves,Bondi beach is popular for swimming and surfing.
The lifeguard house.

From Bondi beach, we moved to Botany Bay National Park to have a look at the  significant sites and remarkable landscapes
The Bare island fort was built in the early 1880s to protect Sydney's back door.
A wedding car - Jaguar classic convertible.
A popular place for wedding pictures as the Bare Island Fort's structure provides picturesque backdrop.
Another wedding car - a luxury hummer limousine.
Enjoying latte coffee, fish and chip at the seaside cafe.
Simple fish and chips but delicious.

We selected this Shanghai restaurant for dinner.
Fried pork buns (生煎包)
Braised pork belly with preserved vegetables ( 梅菜扣肉)
Shanghai spicy noodles(担担面)
Steamed dumplings.(餃子)

Despite a full house, the service was good and prompt. Food was good with reasonable pricing.
