Visitors can experience a "Fish Spa" if they are in the Klias Wetland for the river cruise. One of the cruise operators has this " Spa" built recently as an additional attraction. 
According to the owner of this "Spa", the fishes in the water are "Garra Rufa". This particular type of fish was first discovered for their healing power from a hot spring in Turkey. They are also called ‘Doctor Fish'. Believe it or not, these wonderful fishes can improve skin conditions by nibbling away the scaly and dead skin so to allow new skin to grow.
