From Ubud, we moved to Nusa Dua for our last few days of stay in Bali. We selected Nusa Dua because of it's not as busy and congested as Kuta or Seminyak.
Novotel hotel and residences was my choice because of their family suite and facilities.
We spent the next few days shopping and sightseeing around Kuta and Seminyak.
Getting around by taxi was very convenient. The travel time to Kuta or Seminyak was less than 30 minutes via the "Bali Mandara toll road" opened for traffic in September 2013. This 12.7 km causeway bridge was built on water across the Gulf of Benoa. The toll charge was only Rp10,000 or USD1.00
Kuta has a beautiful beach blessed with great waves ideal for surfing, with many hotels, resorts and shopping malls.
We had our lunch break and relaxed in one of the beach front cafes.
The two bed room suite with a lounge and a balcony facing the swimming pool.

Balinese banana fritters.
Satay set.
Nasi campur
We spent most of our afternoons in the pool after returning from the City.
A popular Guling Pak Malen restaurant in Seminyak served very good roasted pork (Babi Guling)
They had the option of Chilli toppings - It's real "hot" but delicious!
Bali Collection is the only open shopping mall having many food stalls and restaurants in Nusa Dua Resorts. It's good to spend an evening there.
Lighted up shopping arcades.
An open-air restaurant in the Bali Collection.
Mt favourite! The Balinese roasted duck (bebek)!
